Refunds and Returns

We know you’ll love StrongKong and our products. However, if there is any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, Strongkong allows free returns and exchanges for any unused, unworn and unwashed merchandise within 14 days of purchase with no questions asked. While exchange, if the new size requested by you is not available, you will be given an option to avail store credit. .


  • Returns are accepted and a full refund will be provided (less any discounts) within 14 days of the purchase date for all fitness equipment.
  • We do not offer free return/exchange shipping.
  • Returned products must be in new condition, with no visible damage or wear, including (but not limited to) scuffs, dents, tear, markings and scratches.
  • If your product is returned in damaged condition or with missing parts, you may be charged an additional restocking fee.
  • All returned products should be shipped with the original packaging, and StrongKong is not responsible for damages that occur during return delivery if original packaging is not used.
  • StrongKong is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
  • Please allow 7 days for the returns to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND/BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR ONLINE PAYMENTS.

  • Once we receive your email, a member of our team will retrieve your original order information and gather any necessary details needed to process the return.
  • Return process:- 1. Contact us at to state what you want to return or exchange along with your preferred time for pickup. 2. Once your return or exchange is approved, we will email you the return label with our address. 3. Print the first 2 pages of the label and stick it on return box or envelope. 4. Please share with us the details of the return shipment. 5. Keep return pack ready by your scheduled pickup time. 6. You must ship your return to us within 7 days of receiving the label or we may not be able to process your return/exchange. Once we receive your item back, we’ll process your refund or ship you the exchange items. .
